For example… 🥴💁‍♀️ I am an insomniac. However I CAN sleep and am able to sleep… but only for 4 hours at the most and its not every day.

My landlord just sold the house I’m renting from her. She included all fixtures, that I bought and installed. Does she have this right?

I dont always take into consideration a lot of cockblocking minor details that become big.
